Job Overview:

This role involves providing technical support and leading defect analysis activities to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. We are seeking an experienced SMT Process Engineer who can propose improvement initiatives, conduct research, and deploy new SMT technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  2. 7–10 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles are necessary.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes are essential.
  4. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are required.
