We are seeking a dedicated software licensing professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting clients by providing robust analysis, consolidating and preparing data, and delivering on client requests. You will contribute to knowledge base and methodologies, driving innovation and efficiencies while ensuring high-quality outputs.

As a software licensing professional, you will:

  • Own and drive the completion of operational implementation of SAM (Software Asset Management) tooling, including data preparation and configuration, and core enablement for clients.
  • Deliver a variety of licensing analyses and reconciliations independently, leveraging other professionals for data gathering, preparation, and analysis.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of other professionals' work.
  • Be responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent tasks for your own work and that of other professionals efficiently, including tracking progress against deadlines and expected effort, and addressing issues like anomalies and conflicts.
  • Deliver analyses and observations that can support improved efficiency in client operations, including producing regular reporting and strategic reviews or planning workshops.
  • Provide subject matter assistance to clients via a service desk when escalated by other professionals.
  • Utilize and continuously contribute to a knowledge base and process libraries, including reviewing new contributions from professionals.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to engaging with local account teams or solution sales teams to understand client requirements and help drive the delivery of solutions.
  • Act as a technical pre-sales advisor to managers and sales associates.
  • Support the onboarding and development of other professionals.
  • Proactively analyze opportunities to increase services footprint.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of IT and licensing concepts, and associated certification for at least three software publishers, to the level of being able to produce reconciliations independently and guide teammates on detailed analysis work.
  • The ability to interpret multiple data sets and summarize key points, highlighting methods used, expectations, and issues. You should be able to critically assess trends and observations to produce coherent recommendations.
  • The ability to execute product functionality demonstrations to stakeholders at various levels for at least one SAM tool.
  • Developing business acumen with an awareness of potential client needs and perceptions of service quality. You should consult with management in a success-oriented way, proactively suggesting ways to improve relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers and stakeholders at a senior level.
