Job Title: CRM Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crm Configuration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes and objectives. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage CRM modules, dashboards, and reports
  • Integrate the CRM with other business systems
  • Ensure smooth data migration and maintain data integrity
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and workflows
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Configuration Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages
  • Proficient in data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
