Job Title: System Configuration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support to users of the application via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and work with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Develop charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Develop training materials.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed, a team player.
  • Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
  • Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
