Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to join our team as a Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized CRM solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

About the Role
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Work with managed and unmanaged solutions, handling solution components, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement business process automation, troubleshoot CRM issues, and collaborate with business users to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plugins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions, and proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting, as well as the ability to debug CRM components.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.
