
Regional Manager for Collection Growth

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a collection strategy for MFI collections, ensuring effective monitoring and review of the Collections Divisional Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and leading implementation of collection strategy for MFI collections.
- Handling bucket size and portfolio health, devising action plans for minimization of divisional NPAs.
- Reviewing and allocating targets for the division, monitoring collection performance in Branches.
- Effective monitoring and review of the Collections Divisional Team, resolution of escalated cases of non-payment of dues.
- Continuous monitoring of delinquency, bucket-wise & DPD wise, focusing on non-starters, authorization for initiation of legal proceedings, repossession as per defined policy.
- Review of account allocations and collections targets, track regular follow up with default customers through the team.
- Ensuring timely and profitable disposal of seized stock & safe custody of seized products, minimizing losses on stock liquidation & timely repossessions.
