This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Meet and engage with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers to promote products
* Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and channel partners
* Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote brand awareness
* Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
* Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Key Skills Required:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware products, and building materials is an advantage
* Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
* Self-motivated and result-oriented
* Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions
