Job Title: Business Growth Officer
","Our company seeks a driven and results-oriented Business Growth Officer to spearhead the expansion of our operations across assigned territories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-performing teams to achieve daily/weekly collections targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
","The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. They will also have a basic understanding of microfinance business and joint liability group (JLG) models.
","Key Responsibilities:
","- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach","
- Build and manage high-performing teams to achieve daily/weekly collections targets","
- Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling delinquency, frauds, and non-starters","
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders","
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for geographical expansion and product development","
Requirements:
","- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development","
- Proven track record in driving business growth and expanding market reach","
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills","
- Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG models","
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team","
