Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front office, housekeeping, human resource management, food and beverage services, guest experience, maintenance and engineering, security and safety.

The successful candidate will have extensive work experience in the hospitality industry (5+ years) and a deep understanding of operational standards. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising various functions and human resources, maintaining operational quality with attention to detail on infrastructure, services, staff and operations.

  • Hospitality graduate/post-graduate or diploma in hospitality
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, guest house, etc.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the pre-launch phase, manage hotel operations, supervise various departments and human resources.
  2. Maintain high-quality standards, focusing on infrastructure, services, staff and operations.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to handle escalations and grievances.
  4. Liaise with various departments, coordinating activities within the organization.
