We are seeking an experienced business operations specialist to collaborate with business and technical teams to identify process improvement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for process improvements.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize processes suitable for automation using RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism).
- Create detailed process requirement documents, process design documents, and other documentation as needed.
- Facilitate and participate in process workshops with business units to understand current workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and solution architects to design and validate automation solutions.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and impact assessments for new automation requests.
