Technical Lead Position

Inflexion is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to join our team. As a technical lead, you will play a key role in the success of our organization by providing guidance and direction to the development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions. They will be responsible for planning work, allocating resources, and tracking milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the development team to achieve project goals
  • Planning and allocating resources to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet project deadlines
  • Developing and customizing SAP BTP applications and integrations
  • Designing integration patterns and ensuring secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshooting escalations and driving performance tuning
  • Maintaining clear documentation and enabling training and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
