Job Title: Patient Oriented Programs Manager

 

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage patient-oriented programs from inception to closure, ensuring seamless execution in accordance with applicable quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end patient-oriented program processes in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to create and maintain accurate program documentation.
  • Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet organizational goals.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain program integrity.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in clinical, pharmacovigilance, medical/regulatory affairs, or pharma compliance.
  • Good understanding of local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different audiences and teams.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • College/university degree in a related field, such as security, criminal justice, crisis management, business continuity, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are highly desirable.
