Asset Management Specialist Role

We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to oversee the organization, maintenance and reporting of asset-related data. This key role will involve managing property information, lease agreements and financial transactions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data.
  • Organize, store and retrieve asset-related documents.
  • Prepare detailed reports on asset performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset-related data.
  • Document Retrieval Efficiency: Ensure timely retrieval of asset-related documents.
  • Reporting Accuracy: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional administrative support to internal stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare insightful reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
