Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee the management of contracts and ensure efficient use of assets within our technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of asset/contract management professionals, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary, maintaining optimal utilization and minimizing risks.
  • Oversee the use and management of assets within our technology platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract and asset management processes, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract and asset management activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within a similar technology platform with 7 to 12 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successful team building and development.
  • Proficiency in our technology platform and other relevant software tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
