About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement activities, and handling queries related to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • HR Operations: Payroll coordination, employee records, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Policy Design: Creating and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
  • Employee Engagement: Driving initiatives to nurture workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Queries and Support: Handling HR-related inquiries, benefits, and company policies.
  • Talent Pipeline: Partnering with leadership to build a talent pipeline for future growth.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
