Job Title: Senior Legal Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Legal Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract review and negotiation, as well as experience with data privacy laws.

This role will involve reviewing contracts, internal documents, and policies specific to the India jurisdiction. You will also be responsible for drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks to streamline the contracting process.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT / software industry.
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT / software industry-specific contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with related documentation is a must have.
  • Knowledge about SaaS contracts is an added advantage.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage.
