Miracle Software Systems is seeking a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in contract review, negotiation, and compliance across IT services and software licensing domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate software contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze contracts for risk, legal compliance, and business terms, providing recommendations for mitigation and optimization.
  • Support internal stakeholders in structuring deals, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Manage contract lifecycle independently for regional business units, ensuring timely completion and minimal risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with global/regional teams to ensure contract and subcontract compliance, promoting a culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Generate reports for monitoring contract status and obligations, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Provide expert legal support for training sessions, offering insights into local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Legal Advisory or Contract Management roles.
  • Proven track record in contract lifecycle management, particularly in IT/software sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation support skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading tools and technologies, such as Kroll, Concordance, Applied Discovery, Xerox, Documatrix.
