Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

About the Position:

This is a key role where you will oversee all aspects of contract activities for luxury villa projects. As a senior member of our team, you will lead initiatives to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of pre and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Leading project management initiatives to deliver results on schedule and within financial limits.
  • Management of vendor development processes including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of relationships with external partners.
  • Analysis of rates and negotiation with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring financial accuracy by overseeing budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting aligned with objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • 5-10 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
