Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead our retail outlet's daily operations. This role involves overseeing sales, customer experience, inventory management, and additional services like home deliveries and spa operations.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to drive store sales and customer retention.
  • Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Customer & Sales Management

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional sales support and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Drive sales growth by offering personalized customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer engagement.
2. Inventory & Operations

Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely ordering, and minimize inventory shrinkage.

  • Optimize inventory control processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics for seamless home delivery orders.
3. Visual Merchandising

Create visually appealing store displays that enhance the customer experience.

  • Design and implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts are updated regularly.
4. Service Management (Spa & Grooming)

Manage spa and grooming appointments while ensuring quality services.

  • Coordinate staff scheduling for efficient service delivery.
  • Handle customer follow-ups and ensure satisfaction with spa experiences.
5. Team Support

Sustain a positive work environment by supervising floor staff and assigning daily responsibilities.

  • Train new employees on customer handling and store SOPs.
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the store.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both store floor and service operations.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
