Job Overview

The National Training Manager position is a key role in driving retail excellence through impactful training programs. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.

The successful Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and operational efficiency. They will also conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to develop and implement training strategies.
  • Develop and maintain digital training content to support scalable learning.
  • Track and analyze training metrics to inform future training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to motivate and drive accountability among store teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
