About this role: We're looking for a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will monitor and respond to incidents via a ticketing system within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in desktop support, preferably in a 24/7 environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
