Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive sales growth within the Oil & Gas industry. This role will focus on expanding our client base by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored data solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling data analytics solutions, with a deep understanding of the UK market and its unique challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Oil & Gas industry within the UK.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders within the industry.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the UK market, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly as they relate to data usage and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
