Job Title: Human Resources Director

 

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee our HR department and drive business success through strategic human resource management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing performance management processes, handling recruitment and staffing strategies, and collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Human resources (HR) and HR policies expertise
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment is a plus
  • At least 15 years of experience in the IT industry

 

This is a full-time onsite role with some flexibility to work from home. The Human Resources Director will be based in Kochi and will report directly to the Senior Management Team.
