Dispute Resolution Specialist Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make accurate decisions based on supporting documentation and transaction history.

About the Role
  • Investigate consumer disputes related to debit card transactions, including Reg-E claims.
  • Manage end-to-end case resolution, from intake to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze transaction history, merchant data, and supporting documentation to determine liability.
  • Evaluate cases for provisional credit and escalate suspicious activity for further review.
  • Document findings clearly in our case management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties as needed.
  • Identify patterns of fraudulent behavior and contribute to our fraud prevention efforts.
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in US banking industry and good academic profile in Fraud and disputes claims.
  • In-depth understanding of US banking processes, particularly in Fraud and Dispute Investigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Reg-E (Electronic Fund Transfer Act).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing investigations.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
