Business Growth Specialist Role

Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Business Growth Specialist to actively seek new business opportunities and engage with potential customers. You will provide solutions and options for every potential customer, focusing on top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming product inquiries, communicating effectively with customers and making calls to potential customers while following up on leads. They will also map customer requirements and identify sales opportunities, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple mediums of communication.

You will be responsible for answering potential customers' questions, sending additional information via email, and keeping up-to-date with product and service information. Additionally, you will create and maintain a database of current and potential customers and stay informed about competing products and services.

Achieving daily parameters, including call and email counts, demo scheduling, and qualified lead generation, is essential. The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving sales quotas, experience working with CRM software, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Business Development experience in an Indian market
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
