Chief Growth Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Growth Officer - Business Development to join our team at QuoDeck Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts, and converting leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with incoming leads from either new-to-company or existing customers, and understand their requirements
- Pitch and showcase QuoDeck's products and services to establish value proposition
- Prepare proposals & concept notes and address queries to assist customers in making decisions
- Create and propose gamification constructs to solution for specific problems
- Negotiate and close deals with customers to achieve the best results for QuoDeck
- Developing account plans for key accounts to deepen and grow business in conjunction with account sponsors
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Staying informed about competing products and services
For this role, we offer a competitive salary range of ₹48 lakhs per annum (approximately ₹4 lakhs per month), depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:- Preferred Master's Degree/ PG Diploma in Business Studies/ Communication/ Marketing
- Preferred 2-3 years' experience in business development. B2B or IT product experience is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional pitching & negotiation skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Strong bias for closure
- Hunger, ability and orientation to drive higher business for the brand
