Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Product Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production support team in a 24*7 environment for a mission-critical application.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring SLA adherence, process compliance, and productivity improvement in support operations.

Key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day production support activity, ensuring SLAs are met 100% for all deliverables, and taking an active participation in driving various initiatives to improve.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the production support ac within the team and ensuring successful execution of the project.

A strong background in enterprise-level J2EE based web application development and support is essential, as is experience with React JS, Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies.

Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment experience is also highly desirable, as is experience in troubleshooting and debugging skills.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in support role with numerous B2B (business-to-business) functions such as production monitoring of data, error analysis, client correspondence (both electronic and phone), as well as deep dive investigation of issues stemming from failures.

Leadership skills are also essential, including the ability to provide guidance, assistance, and mentoring support to team members.

The successful candidate will maintain ownership of issues until resolution, drive other teams as needed, set customer expectations accordingly, and possess good presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills are also required, as is experience in Kanban and ticket-based model.
