Java Fullstack Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level J2EE-based web application development and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support
  • Experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies
  • Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment expertise
  • Continuous integration and Continuous Development (CICD) process knowledge
  • Integration of different backend systems
  • Close collaboration with clients, architects, and frontend developers for integration details and implementation realization
  • Onshore and offshore development management model experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Agile and Waterfall project development methodology proficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects
  • Understanding of design patterns
  • Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies expertise
  • Java EE, Maven familiarity
  • Experience with application servers such as Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic
  • Spring and other Java frameworks/open source libraries expertise
  • Spring Security and SSO solutions knowledge
  • Web Services (REST/SOAP) experience
  • Database applications such as Oracle, MySql, DB2, SQL, JDBC, and ORM tools familiarity
  • Sizing and scalability recommendations, connectivity, and deployment issue solving expertise
  • Enterprise environment deployment experience
  • Agile development methodologies expertise
