We are seeking a seasoned Software Developer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Java developer to take on a key role in designing, developing and delivering software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience with Java and J2EE development, including Core Java, Springboot, Spring, and JDBC.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented (OO) designing and programming techniques, data modeling, design patterns, and API development using REST.
  • Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with application and web servers, Linux or UNIX-based systems, and workflow application and business rules engine like JBPM.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and cloud expertise.

  • Good mentoring skills and ability to lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function.
