Key Responsibilities- Interact with clients to understand their requirements, concerns, and expectations.
- Input, update, and track customer data, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment leads and plan outreach campaigns.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Actively listen to clients to gather insights and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and on time.
- Support in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals.
- Assist in client onboarding, account management, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Learn and adapt quickly to our products, services, and market positioning.
- Help in onboarding and upselling/cross-selling based on CRM insights.
- Participate in internal training programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools is preferred. Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, along with a proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented attitude, are essential.
