We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of the company by generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to showcase our products/services.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
