  • As a Growth Manager, you will have ownership of growing categories from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Launch new categories & products with strong market potential by expanding our presence on e-commerce platforms.
  2. Build relationships with category managers to drive visibility and growth.
  3. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance across all platforms and take corrective action.
  4. Give strategic direction to online sales teams to maximize revenue, improve conversion rates, and scale winning products.
  5. Lead and mentor sales teams to drive P&L ownership for categories, ensuring profitability and sustainable scaling.
  6. Conduct trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy to forecast demand and plan inventory procurement.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop products tailored for Indian and global markets.

Responsibilities include driving explosive growth, building and leading a billion-dollar category, working directly with senior leadership, and being part of a fast-scaling, profitable startup with ambitious goals.
