Salesforce Quality Assurance Expert

The ideal candidate for this role will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and its various applications, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications. They should also be well-versed in Agile methodologies and have experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ADO.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed test plans and test cases in collaboration with business analysts and developers to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Create test scripts for functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Execute test cases, document results, and track defects using appropriate tools, guaranteeing timely resolution and minimal disruption to software development.
- Perform regression testing to verify existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular status updates and test results to stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven expertise (4+ years) in Salesforce testing, including functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ADO, and mobile testing on both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification is highly desirable.
