Salesforce QA Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce quality assurance expert to ensure the functionality and quality of our Salesforce Cloud implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Design and Development: Develop test scripts for functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Test Execution: Execute test cases and document results for Salesforce applications, integrations, and mobile testing.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and ensure their resolution.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are unaffected by new changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in Salesforce testing, including functional, system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, effective communication skills.
