Senior Quality Test Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance expert to lead our team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Innovating process enhancements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
  • Researching available tools and leading initiatives to identify and implement cost-effective enhancements to testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Identifying areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implementing initiatives to enhance testing capability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of quality test engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Tech Requirements Include:

  • Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks and version control.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Salesforce data models and SOQL.
  • ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing or Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with CPQ testing, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex.
  • Prior involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
