Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
  • We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead our QA initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster exceptional performance.
  • Oversee the development of test plans, automation strategies, and inspection processes to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics to drive proactive measures addressing potential quality concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a systems development environment, ideally with corporate systems (e.g., Accounting, HR, Procurement, CRM, etc.).
  • A minimum of 5 years in quality assurance leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address quality issues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective team management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to quality assurance, with the capacity to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
