About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate/Senior Associate. In this role, you will work closely with political parties and government bodies, providing advisory support on governance and policy initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on governance issues, analysing government policies and schemes, extracting and cleaning large datasets, and developing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and government officials.

This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in the Indian political landscape by working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share a common mission.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 academic institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Able to conduct both secondary and primary research swiftly extracting relevant information and summarizing key findings.
  • Strong grasp of Indian governance systems, policy making cycles, and the political ecosystem.
  • Clear, structured writing and presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a contractual role until further notice.
