Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in workforce administration and project management. You will be responsible for managing employee life cycles, including personal and job changes, HR documentation, new hire onboarding, transfers, leave absences, promotions, relocations, and separations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Process Knowledge: Strong process knowledge in workforce administration is essential for this role. You should have experience in managing multiple design projects and possess strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
  • Client Management: Excellent client management and team management skills are required to handle complex problems raised by clients and provide solutions. You must also be able to interact with clients daily via phone, chat, and email to resolve HR-related issues and cooperate with other delivery team members.
  • System Data Entry: Experience with system data entry, particularly in Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar systems, is necessary for this position.
  • Communication: Good communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients and other team members to resolve issues and provide solutions.
