We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to engage with learners, understand their goals, and recommend the right course fit.
- Engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries
- Understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit
- Pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance
- Build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups
- Own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about career development and education. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of finance, and experience in EdTech sales or career counseling, we want to hear from you
- 1–3 years in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred)
- Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus)
- Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Goal-driven with a passion for learner success
