Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions to secure necessary visas for foreign workers.

  • Handle family-based immigration petitions, non-immigrant visa extensions, and other matters related to immigration law.

  • Draft, review, and respond to government requests for evidence and intent to deny notices in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in immigration policies and regulations.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on their immigration options and strategies, ensuring they receive optimal results.

  • Maintain precise client records and manage complex case deadlines using specialized software.

  • Develop effective communication channels with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate seamless case handling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school and be actively licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.

  • Hold at least 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law, particularly with employment-based and family-based petitions.

  • Display a strong understanding of USCIS, DHS, and DOL regulations and procedures.

  • Exhibit exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in preparing immigration forms and documents.

  • Demonstrate strong client communication and case management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and efficiently manage multiple cases.
