Deputy Quality Manager

Job Description:

The key responsibilities of this position include defining inspection standards, implementing quality judgement criteria, and driving continuous improvement in quality performance. The role also involves monitoring EMS process control, collecting and analyzing quality data, and developing and implementing quality improvement actions.

Process Control & Quality Improvement: Our Deputy Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our quality management system. This includes monitoring EMS process control, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.

Quality Data Analysis: To drive continuous improvement, our Deputy Quality Manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data. This information will be used to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.

Communication & Teamwork: As a member of our quality team, our Deputy Quality Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This includes providing training, coaching, and guidance to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
