Job Title:

Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance function within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a robust quality management system that ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • To lead and manage the quality team to ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • To identify and mitigate risks associated with product quality and ensure that corrective actions are taken as necessary.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • To develop and maintain quality procedures, policies, and guidelines that support the organization's quality objectives.
  • To conduct audits and assessments to ensure that quality systems are in place and functioning effectively.
  • To analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • To develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality team.
  • To communicate quality performance and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective quality systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
