Senior Quality Assurance Expert

This position involves leading quality assurance audits for underwriting operations executed by business process outsourcing teams across various regional markets.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly quality reviews/audits according to stipulated timeframes/service level agreements while adhering to established processes and guidelines.
Responsibilities- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
- Document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports.
- Provide timely feedback to business partner teams and support capability uplift.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in property and casualty insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a business process outsourcing or shared service environment.
