Procurement Manager Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Procurement Manager based on-site. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement activities, and developing and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, data analysis, and relationship building. They will work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
