Job Title: Senior Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team at Verticurl. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with assigned clients and stakeholders to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital campaigns to the highest standard, working closely with the Production and campaign delivery team, clients' success Manager, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Be a primary point of contact for customers, providing excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide constructive solutions for their marketing automation platforms and be responsible for end-to-end digital delivery.
  • Maintain and communicate project plans, manage status meetings and updates, and perform campaign measurement and reporting activities.
  • Liaise with supporting functions such as production, IT, fulfillment, etc. and collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaigns strategies, and execution calendars.
  • Support growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning.

Requirements:

  • Deep marketing operations and e-mail/digital marketing domain expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms and knowledge of the value of data and technology-driven marketing.
  • Ability to work closely with clients to understand their business, KPIs, opportunities, and challenges, and help them maximize their MarTech investments with services Verticurl provides.
