
Cart Recovery Sales Representative

Our sales team is seeking a skilled and persuasive Telecaller to make outbound calls to customers who have abandoned their carts on our website. Your primary goal will be to convert these customers into successful orders by providing them with valuable information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Make regular calls to customers who left items in their cart.
- Convince and assist them to complete their purchase by highlighting the benefits of our products.
- Address customer queries about our offerings, delivery, and payments.
- Share active promotions and discounts to boost conversions.
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and report conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
- Ability to make 100-150 calls per day.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer skills and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently from home.
