We have a solid foundation with a proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and campaign management. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable marketing strategies, collaborating with content, design, and product teams, managing paid campaigns, and analyzing performance insights.

The successful candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-growth environments, and have a strong grasp of marketing tools. They should also demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a data-driven mindset with an eye for creative storytelling.

In this role, you will work closely with sales and key account teams to understand buyer personas and enable outbound initiatives. You will develop marketing collateral that supports sales enablement and track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and lead-to-close ratios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable marketing strategies across channels (email, , paid media, webinars, etc.)
  • Drive qualified leads, optimize conversion funnels, and reduce CAC
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-impact assets: case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and videos
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted outreach initiatives
  • Manage paid campaigns across , Google Ads, and industry platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests to optimize results
