Deputy Manager CSR Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager CSR to lead our CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CSP Project Management
    • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of CSP projects to ensure they meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
    • Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports on project performance, including financials, timelines, and impact.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of CSP projects.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to improve project outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
    • Develop and utilize MIS tools to track, analyze, and report on CSP activities and outcomes.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in business administration, social sciences, environmental studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CSP project management, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, management information systems (MIS), and data analysis tools.
