Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

We are seeking a CSR Manager to develop, plan, and execute community development initiatives.

  • Manage CSR impact communication
  • Build strategies with agencies for impact communications
  • Oversee vendor management for timely asset creation
  • Ideate digital campaigns as needed
  • Manage ad-hoc strategic programs
  • Design and execute CSR programs, partnering with impact organizations
  • Monitor and evaluate programs periodically, ensuring partners meet milestones
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in focused areas
  • Drive employee volunteering initiatives
  • Report and write content for the annual report, website, and other communication materials
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Postgraduation in any discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience, including prior work in CSR divisions of large corporations
Preferred Skills:
  • Leading CSR/development sector communication campaigns
  • Understanding social media platforms
  • Knowledge of CSR rules and regulations
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Effectiveness in driving complex planning processes
  • Ability to incorporate feedback from communities served
  • Strong English communication and people skills
  • Multilingual proficiency in at least two regional languages (desired)
  • Willingness to travel frequently
