Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying and developing existing talent, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving capabilities, managerial skills, and a hands-on approach. They will be committed to exceptional guest service and passionate about the hospitality industry.

The Learning and Development Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver on plans to achieve hotel targets. They will also be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department to deliver exceptional service, working proactively to maximize guest service and team experience, and ensuring adherence to all legislation and best practice activities.

The requirements of this position include:

  2. Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
  3. Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
